This workbook provides an overview of symptoms, causes, effects and treatment of substance use disorders among adolescents.  It engages the adolescent in recovery by getting him to complete specific recovery tasks related to attitudes and motivation, effects of the substance problem on self and others, and strategies to stay alcohol or drug-free. It includes a section on co-occurring psychiatric illness since these are so common among adolescents.  This workbook is geared towards early recovery.
